Since 2009, Kendrick Dane has represented private and public entities in a wide range of administrative and judicial litigation arising from regulatory compliance, contract and partnership disputes, corporate governance, real estate, lender liability, and transportation liability. He frequently counsels clients in the negotiation of complex corporate and real estate transactions. He has represented airports, avionics and drone manufacturers, airmen, defense contractors, municipalities, insurers, real estate developers, general contractors, cloud computing companies, and cannabis companies in general commercial matters, reorganizations, M&A, and a variety of commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Kendrick served for several years as General Counsel for the Albuquerque International Sunport and its general aviation reliever airport, where he negotiated intergovernmental agreements, public private partnerships, commercial real estate developments, operating agreements, and crafted the City of Albuquerque’s Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) ordinance.

Biography
Kendrick comes from an airline and charter pilot family and grew up throughout the United States. He graduated with Honours from Middlesex University in Byron Bay, Australia with a bachelor’s degree in audio engineering and received his Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law. In his free time, Kendrick enjoys spending time with his wife and children, instructing student skydivers, flying airplanes, BASE jumping, and mountaineering.
