Biography
Mr. Bell is a Senior Attorney who works out of the Business Law Southwest Santa Fe location.
Mr. Bell has experience with many business matters including but not limited to, estate litigation, partnership disputes, share-holder agreements, buy-sell agreements, independent contractor agreements, and employment agreements.
Mr. Bell has also represented clients in jury trials, bench trials, depositions, hearing appearances and mediations in various counties in California, Georgia and New Mexico.
Additionally, Mr. Bell is experienced in real estate matters including transactions, leases, construction disputes, homeowner’s association disputes, as well as boundary and easement issues.
