Biography
Larry hails from the high-tech world of the Internet, at first providing systems administration and consulting services, his former clients (as a consultant) ranged from small startups to the Fortune 50, including GE Capital, Bank One, IBM and Amadeus. He became an attorney in 1996, acting as corporate counsel and founder to a number of successful technology companies and/or startups, including but not limited to Baker Robbins & Company, Leapnet, FatCow, and SpaBoom.
He is a seasoned high-tech business executive and attorney, who focuses on complex negotiations, business transactions, contracts, intellectual property, Internet law and much more. In 2011, he founded Law 4 Small Business (L4SB), to complete with unlicensed legal providers on the Internet, managing to grow L4SB into a respectable Internet-based law firm. In July 2017, L4SB merged with Business Law Southwest, forming a regional powerhouse for business legal services.
