Biography
Steve joined the firm as Of Counsel in 2024. With over forty-five years of legal experience, Mr. Long brings a wealth of knowledge to Business Law Southwest, that at one time included Wills, Trusts, Probate, Real Estate, Commercial Transactions, Business Organizations, Religious Organizations, Civil and Criminal Trials and Appeals, Criminal Defense, Domestic Relations, Guardianships, Conservatorships and even Bankruptcy representation of creditors.
Steve is now slowing down and has eliminated litigation from his practice, choosing to spend his time almost exclusively on uncontested Wills, Trusts and Probate matters. He’s also available for business transactional matters, especially where his theological underpinnings and beliefs can provide value to his clients.
When not practicing law, Steve serves as a pastor in his church, as a trustee of Gateway Seminary in California, and writes and teaches extensively on Biblical and theological subjects. Steve and his wife have two children and three grandchildren.
