Albuquerque, NM – August 13, 2013 – The law firm Streubel, Kochersberger and Mortimer LLC has changed the name of the practice to Business Law Southwest, a name they feel better conveys the firm’s expertise in business litigation and their regional presence in New Mexico, Colorado and Texas. The name change is due to the departure of one of SKM’s member attorneys, Dave Streubel, who has accepted a job offer out of state.
Business Law Southwest has vast experience in all things related to business law, including business transactions, business litigation, professional licensing and liability, complex criminal defense and more.
Last fall they announced the launch of the Business Break-Ups program, which offers services concentrated on corporation shareholder disputes, member disputes and partnership disputes.
Both Don Kochersberger and Tim Mortimer will continue on as member attorneys, and have already redistributed Mr. Streubel’s cases and clients to other member attorneys and firm staff. The name change will in no way impact their clients’ cases, and they will continue to work protecting business owners’ interests in New Mexico, and throughout the Southwest.
