Larry became a Lawyer because he wanted to be able to help people, especially those in small business and technology. He knew that the law can have a profound impact on what they do every day. Larry feels the most satisfying part of his job currently is when he can reach a satisfactory judgement or resolution to a particularly thorny problem for his clients. In the future Larry thinks that technology, especially “smart technology,” is going to drastically change the need, delivery and use of legal services. Expert systems and AI will deliver more accurate results more quickly.
Larry is a seasoned high-tech business executive and 20-year attorney, with a focus in contracts, negotiations, business transactions, intellectual property and Internet law. He has over 20 years of business development and IT consulting experience. His former clients (as a consultant) ranged from small startups to the Fortune 50, including GE Capital, Bank One, IBM and Amadeus. Originally from Chicago, Albuquerque has been his home for the last decade and a half. This is his first Super Lawyer designation.
